Once you register for a free account, your personal US shipping address is generated instantly. You can find it in your account dashboard and use it at any US online store.

We use air freight exclusively. Once we receive your package at our US warehouse, it typically arrives in Jamaica within 3–5 business days.

Shipping is charged by weight — either actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. You can view our rates on the Pricing page. There are no hidden fees.

Yes! You can shop from any US online retailer — Amazon, Walmart, Target, Nike, Apple, and thousands more. As long as the store ships to a US address, we can receive it for you.

Certain items are restricted or prohibited including hazardous materials, firearms, perishable food, and items banned by Jamaican customs. Contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.

All packages can be tracked through your account on the shipping portal at shipcaymanas.com/portal. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage of the journey.

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the value and type of goods. We assist with documentation, but duties are the responsibility of the recipient as per Jamaican customs regulations.
